    Follow-up stopped depending on a personal phone or someone’s memory. The team can pick up a conversation with context and prioritize without hallway questions. There’s less repetitive work on confirmations and reminders, and day-to-day attention is faster, with less back-and-forth: when a message comes in, there’s a clear place it lives and what comes next. Most importantly, the channel became usable for real — not just “connected” on paper — because it matched the commercial process the team already needed to sustain.
