Hey, I'm Matias Verdun Maldonado, a systems professional and technology consultant in Córdoba. I work on implementations, integrations, and automations built for the team's day-to-day.

Today I'm a consultant at 121 - Customer Technology. I support clients with Zoho: discovery, implementation, API integrations, WhatsApp, and internal apps. I also use AI (LLMs, MCP, agents) to automate concrete tasks when they actually help.

Before that, at MundoJob, I organized processes, connected customer communication channels (including WhatsApp API), and improved how people and technology were managed.

I also spent time at Globant as a No-Code developer (Bubble) and in IT support. That left me with a practical mindset: the person's problem first, the tool second. I graduated with honors and an academic excellence award.
