Hey, I'm Matias Verdun Maldonado, a systems professional and technology consultant in Argentina. I combine software development with optimizing customer-service processes through automation.

Today I'm a consultant at 121 - Customer Technology, where I support clients with the Zoho suite: discovery, implementation, API integrations, WhatsApp, and internal apps. I also apply AI practically (LLMs, MCP, agents) to power automations.

Before that, at MundoJob, I worked on digital transformation: organizing processes, connecting customer communication channels (including WhatsApp API), and improving how people and technology were managed.
