Less jargon, more clarity
Why I prefer explaining work in plain language — especially when the goal is for everyone to understand the value.

When someone asks “what do you do?”, it’s tempting to answer with tool names. That works among peers, but it falls flat with recruiters, clients, or teams who don’t live in that world.
I prefer talking about outcomes: organizing work, improving how customers are served, stopping the same manual task from being repeated. Tools matter — they’re just the means.
That’s the mindset I want this site (and my work) to hold: clarity first, details later — always with the person on the other side in mind.
